Contest rules: Share & Win

1. Promoter. Somavedic Technologies s.r.o., Třebenická 222/1, 410 02 Lovosice, Czech Republic, VAT ID CZ24689173 (“Promoter”).

2. Period. Opens 17 August 2026 at 00:00 CEST and closes 4 September 2026 at 23:59:59 CEST (Europe/Prague). Late or early entries are invalid.

3. Eligibility. Open to natural persons aged 18+ who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and owned a genuine Somavedic before the opening date. Employees, officers, contractors and judges of the Promoter, and their immediate family or household, may not enter. One entry per person. No purchase during the competition improves an entrant’s score or prospects.

4. Entry. Submit this form during the competition period with one original vertical video of 30–90 seconds and the requested written response. Entries must be truthful and original, respect third-party rights, and not include another person without permission. Do not include unlawful, dangerous, defamatory or discriminatory material, medical diagnoses or advice, or claims that Somavedic diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents disease. Incomplete, automated, duplicate, late or corrupted entries may be disqualified.

5. Skill-based judging—no random draw. A panel of at least three people, including at least one judge independent of the Promoter, will score eligible entries: authenticity and specificity (40%); clarity and narrative quality (30%); relevance and usefulness to the prompt (20%); creative expression (10%). Production expense or professional equipment does not increase a score. The highest score wins. Ties are resolved by authenticity, then clarity, then the independent judge applying the same criteria. Decisions are final to the extent permitted by law.

6. Prize. One UK winner receives one model selected in this form: Vedic gen. 2, Elaura Silver, Rosalin, Anthracite or Traveller. Maximum approximate retail value checked on 12 August 2026: GBP 888; actual value depends on the model. One prize total; standard delivery included. No cash alternative and no transfer. If unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an equal- or higher-value model. The winner is responsible for personal taxes unless law requires otherwise.

7. Winner. Announcement and email notification are scheduled for 7 September 2026. The prospective winner must respond and provide reasonable proof of age, UK residence, identity and ownership, and complete lawful eligibility documents, within 30 calendar days after notification is sent. Failure to qualify or claim permits the prize to be offered to the next highest-scoring eligible entry.

8. Rights. Entrants retain copyright. Entry grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy and show the entry internally only for administration, judging, verification, disputes and legal compliance. Public or advertising use requires the separate optional permission below; declining it does not affect eligibility or judging.

9. Data. The Promoter is controller and processes entry/contact data to administer and judge the competition, contact the winner, prevent abuse and comply with law. Tally and necessary providers may process it for those purposes. Non-winning data will be deleted or anonymised within 12 months after prize fulfilment unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for a dispute or legal duty; winner/transaction records may be kept for applicable legal and accounting periods. Details and rights are in the Somavedic Privacy Policy.

10. Fair administration. The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify fraud, tampering or material rule breaches. Suspension, modification or cancellation is permitted only where fraud, technical failure, law or events genuinely outside reasonable control make fair administration impossible. Changes will not unfairly disadvantage valid entrants and will be communicated where practicable. The prize will not be withheld merely because overall entry quality is considered disappointing.

11. General. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence. Czech law applies without depriving UK entrants of mandatory UK protections or courts available to them. The competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Tally or any social platform.
